His strength is seeing the project from the owner's perspective: anticipating issues early, holding architects, consultants, and contractors accountable, and ensuring the finished home reflects the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that luxury residential construction demands.

Charles has spent 30 years executing luxury residential construction at the highest level, leading projects through CSE & Associates across the full cycle from groundbreaking to close. His experience spans complex custom home programs, coordination of specialty trades, and the exacting client communication that high-end residential demands.

Rusty brings deep field leadership to Island as General Superintendent at The Beck Group, one of the country's leading integrated architecture and construction firms. His career spans complex high-specification builds where design intent and field execution must stay in lock-step — exactly the discipline that architectural concrete, custom millwork, and demanding residential programs require. As a general superintendent he owns the full site: trade coordination, schedule, quality control, and the daily decisions that determine whether a building is built right or just built.

Brian runs an owner's-representative consulting practice built specifically around protecting the client's interests through design, procurement, and construction. Combined with prior operations leadership at CREDE Group, he brings the single-point-of-accountability discipline that high-specification residential work demands.

Lucas leads Stevenson Engineering as principal and owner's representative, with additional experience as a manager and litigation consultant at HKA Global. His engineering background combined with owner's-side representation experience makes him well suited to the technical scrutiny architectural concrete and high-specification residential builds require.

David is an architecturally trained builder who founded Mosser Design Build Develop and serves as Build Director at Moontower Design Build in Austin, after leading single-family renovations and new construction from design through delivery at Shiloh Travis Homes. Earlier, as shop supervisor at Newbold Stone, he planned and executed highly technical GFRC precast architectural concrete projects — direct experience with the material at the center of every Relic home.

John has spent more than 30 years in residential construction, most recently leading end-to-end delivery of luxury custom homes valued from $2.6M to over $5M at Gordon James, and before that managing custom residential projects at Streeter Custom Builder. He owns pre-construction, permitting, budgets, change-order control, and the client relationship from first meeting through closeout.

Mohammed leads Emile Project Co., a veteran-owned owner's-representative and construction-management practice serving capital projects from $1M to over $20M. He previously served as owner's representative on a $40M mixed-use redevelopment and as senior project manager on luxury residential towers in Miami, carrying full budget and schedule accountability on the owner's behalf.

Sadik is a New York City DOB-licensed construction superintendent who directed site operations on a 35-story ultra-luxury residential condominium and ran custom residential work in SoHo. He coordinates subcontractors, special inspections, RFIs, and daily site logs with the discipline that high-end residential finishes demand.

Ryan manages residential and modular projects from design development through permitting, procurement, and construction at Method Homes, and previously supervised high-end residential builds valued at more than $10M as a site superintendent at Dovetail General Contractors. He pairs field leadership with BIM, estimating, and constructability review.

Christopher brings 25 years of construction procurement and cost management to Island. Most recently Purchasing Director at Dream Finders Homes, where he served on the Executive Operations Team overseeing a $130 million revenue division, he has driven measurable cost reduction, vendor expansion, and margin improvement across major national builders. A Clemson graduate in Construction Science and Management, magna cum laude, he specializes in trade-partner development, estimating, and the operational rigor that keeps complex residential projects on schedule and on budget.

Mansoor brings deep expertise in precast and architectural concrete systems from leadership roles at DZ Precast, DZ Concrete, and High Concrete Group. As VP of Engineering and Quality, he has overseen structural and quality standards for complex concrete programs — directly informing how Island details and specifies its board-formed and exposed concrete elements.

Dean has built luxury and move-up residential projects with Toll Brothers and Sunshine Design and Build, managing field operations, trade scheduling, and quality control on high-specification single-family homes. His background in national builder production systems lets him hold a schedule while maintaining the craft standards that architectural concrete and custom finishes require.

Jerry has managed custom home construction at JLP Custom Builders and Design Tech Custom Homes, delivering high-specification projects on schedule in competitive Texas markets. His strength is subcontractor management — keeping trades coordinated, accountable, and performing at the level a custom home client expects.

John has built and led custom home companies for over two decades, most recently as owner of Lambert Homes Inc. and previously as a partner at Cedar Bend Homes. His experience as a builder-owner gives him a direct, high-accountability approach to schedule, budget, and craftsmanship on every custom residential project he runs.

Leon has spent over 25 years as an owner's-side construction manager and representative, most recently leading LESOR Consulting & CM, with earlier experience as an owner's representative at Property Markets Group. He specializes in standing between the client and the job site — holding architects, consultants, and trades to the schedule and quality the client is paying for.

Roland is a certified general contractor who has spent the past decade managing construction and owner's-representative work at Seaside Development Group, with earlier on-site experience delivering custom homes for Luis Bosch Homes. His background pairs GC-level field knowledge with the owner's-side judgment custom residential clients need.

Brian has run B Layton LLC for over 15 years and has confirmed direct interest in serving as a construction manager for luxury home and low-rise residential work — the exact profile a high-specification custom build calls for. His owner-operator background means he's used to carrying full accountability for schedule, budget, and finish quality.

Francisco has worked as an owner's representative and construction manager for major residential developers including Related Group and Willow Bridge, overseeing project delivery on the client's behalf. That developer-side experience translates directly into the single-point-of-accountability role a Relic construction manager holds.

Morris has spent more than two decades building custom homes across South Florida and the Bahamas, including over eight years as project manager and superintendent at Cudmore Builders in Boca Raton. His background also includes running a private estate, which gives him a direct feel for what an owner expects from a finished home.

Richard has built custom homes on the North and South Forks of Long Island for more than 30 years, first as managing partner of Olde Towne Builders and now as owner of Bosworth Construction Corp. He keeps long-term client relationships, runs a custom woodworking shop on premises, and treats construction as a service business where being there when an issue arises matters as much as the craftsmanship.

Keith provides owner's-representative and project-management services across complex residential work in Los Angeles, including a 105-unit luxury townhome complex, a 40-villa luxury senior living facility, and multiple single-family developments. He manages planning, permitting, vendor selection, budgets, inspections, and closeout on the owner's behalf.

William has led William Faulkner Construction since 2002, directing new homes, build-outs, and remodels from planning through completion. His earlier experience supervising custom home construction for an Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise grounds a career built on budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and lasting client relationships.

Doug has designed and built custom homes in Cape Coral, Florida and Appleton, Wisconsin for more than 30 years through Metropolitan Building Concepts. He drafts his own homes in AutoCAD and handles supervision, scheduling, budgets, and quantity takeoffs himself, so design intent and field execution stay in the same hands.

Michael brings more than 40 years of residential and commercial construction across the Washington, DC metro area, specializing in luxury custom homes and turnkey development. His work includes custom homes of up to 14,000 square feet in Maryland and earlier experience managing luxury home construction for Toll Brothers.
